Tempering Solution

The Flat Glass Tempering Furnace is designed to produce heat strengthen or fully tempered glass for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications. It processes clear, tinted, reflective, and hard-coated Low-E glass by heating each lite to the required temperature before rapidly cooling it with high-pressure air. This process significantly increases the glass’s strength and resistance to thermal stress while maintaining its optical clarity. When broken, tempered glass shatters into small, less hazardous fragments for improved safety.

Energy Saving Mode

Roll Drive Arm

Temperature Control System: Advanced software automatically adjusts heating zones based on the glass type and processing recipe, ensuring uniform heating and repeatable results.

Automatic Cooling Nozzle Positioning: The upper cooling nozzles automatically adjust to the glass thickness, providing consistent cooling while reducing the risk of breakage and surface distortion.

Optional Features

Automatic Heating System with Timer

Energy Saving with Cooling Blower

Bending Unit: The servo-controlled bending unit produces tempered bent glass with precise, repeatable bending radii. Designed for glass thicknesses from 5–12 mm, the system accurately bends glass as it exits the heating furnace for consistent, high-quality results.

Top Conventional: The top convection system is designed to temper soft-coated Low-E (0.02) glass at high quality and production speeds. A specially engineered upper blower delivers convection heating for more uniform heat transfer and improved tempering performance.
