The Desiccant Filling Machine is designed to fill spacer bars with desiccant material to help prevent moisture in insulating glass units. An integrated heating element supports consistent operation, while the workbench can accommodate multiple spacer bars for simultaneous filling. A vibration system ensures uniform distribution of desiccant throughout the spacer bars.

The Spacer Frame Carrying Unit is designed to organize and transfer butyl-coated spacer frames between the butyl extruder and insulating glass production line. The motorized system advances the frames using a foot pedal and automatically stops via photocell detection, providing controlled frame handling.

The Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine automatically fills both sides of spacer frames simultaneously with desiccant for insulating glass production. The filling process is sensor-controlled and automatically stops when the spacer frame is completely filled. The subsequent closure of the filling holes with butyl is also performed automatically for consistent production.

The Automatic Sealing Machine provides fast, precise sealing of double, triple, and structural insulating glass units. Its non-contact conveyor minimizes glass smearing and friction while accommodating large, heavy units. An optional two-pump system supports polysulfide, silicone, and polyurethane sealants, with a PC-based control system for automated operation.

The Freezer is designed for use with two-component silicone, polysulfide, and polyurethane extruders to prevent sealant from curing inside the mixing system during standby periods longer than 10 minutes. During breaks, the operator places the sealing gun into the freezer’s cold tank to slow the chemical curing process. Before resuming production, the gun is placed in the hot tank to restore the material to operating condition.

The Flat Glass Tempering Furnace is designed to produce tempered glass for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications. It processes clear, tinted, reflective, and hard-coated Low-E glass by heating each lite to the required temperature before rapidly cooling it with high-pressure air. This process significantly increases the glass’s strength and resistance to thermal stress while maintaining its optical clarity. When broken, tempered glass shatters into small, less hazardous fragments for improved safety.
