Billco custom builds any size caster table required for the application. Only non-marking wheels are used.

Better yet, it removes carts full of glass that, despite the best of intensions, never gets used.

The Space Saver Loading System is a multi-rack storage system designed to maximize glass storage capacity in small spaces. The system can store multiple sizes of glass and has anywhere from 25-32 glass racks that are included.

The Crane Loading System is a complete solution for storing, organizing and loading glass to the cutting table. The system can load multiple sizes of glass and is fully automated. Equipped with our "adaptive loading" the system runs only as fast as needed to manage flow, saving wear and tear on the system components.

With the Automated Harp Rack Handling, you can improve operational efficiency, prioritize personnel safety and reduce labor costs. The self driving vehicle gives a reliable way to handle glass with ease and keep production moving.

The Automatic Free Fall System reclaims glass from packs and free falls it to the air float table below. Glass is then transferred to the cutting table. This system is recommended for glass thicknesses not exceeding 6mm.

The Automatic Unstacker identifies and retrieves glass from a vertical pack, then lowers it to the horizontal position. The glass is then transferred to the cutting table. The system can process multiple glass sizes and works with most rack storage systems.
