Automatic Sealing Machine

The Automatic Sealing Machine is a servo motor-driven robotic system designed for high-speed, precise secondary sealing of insulated glass units. It automatically seals double, triple, and structural glass units, including step and facade glass, while ensuring accurate sealing of corners and consistent application quality. Its specially designed non-contact conveyor system minimizes contact with the glass during sealing, reducing smears and friction while allowing efficient processing of large and heavy glass units. With the optional two pump system, the machine can work with silicone, polysulphide, or polyurethane materials in various combinations. A PC-based control panel replaces manual operations and provides user-friendly control for efficient and reliable machine operation.
