Automatic Spacer Bending Machine
The Automatic Spacer Bending Machine is designed for fully automatic bending and cutting of bendable aluminum, stainless, and plastic spacers in different thicknesses used in insulated glass production. Its PC-based servo motor control system provides precise and efficient operation, while advanced optimization software calculates bending and cutting patterns to minimize spacer waste. The automatic feeding system can supply long spacer bars directly from storage and connect multiple bars to create continuous, endless spacer lengths. The machine also supports spacer preparation for drying agent filling after bending, providing an efficient solution for automated spacer processing.
