The Unstacker is designed to automatically load glass sheets from vertical storage racks and position them for downstream processing. Controlled through the operator interface, the system can select and load glass from either side and from multiple storage racks based on the required glass size and thickness. Electrically operated loading arms equipped with vacuum suction cups safely lift each glass sheet, tilt it from the vertical storage position to a horizontal orientation, and place it onto the processing line. By automating glass loading, the unstacker reduces manual handling, improves operator safety, and increases production efficiency.
