Butyl Extruder

The Butyl Extruder is designed for precise and consistent primary sealing of spacer bars in insulated glass unit production. It provides adjustable butyl flow, pressure, temperature, and application speed, with automatic nozzle control and sensor-guided frame positioning for uniform coating. A touch-screen control panel, programmable heating timer, fast warm-up, and automatic or manual operation provide convenient and efficient production.
