Freezer
The Freezer is designed for two-component sealing extruders using silicone, polysulphide, or polyurethane. During breaks or standby periods longer than 10 minutes, the sealing gun is placed in the cold tank to reduce and maintain the material temperature, slowing or stopping the curing process inside the mixing system. When production resumes, the gun is transferred to the hot tank to restore the material to the required working temperature, allowing the operator to smoothly continue sealing.
Processing Capabilities
Minimum Working Temperature: -31 °F
Maximum Working Temperature: 122 °F
Features
Hot and Cold Tank System
Adjustable Operating Temperature
Cold Chamber: Helps prevent the sealing material from curing during standby periods.
Hot Chamber: Brings the mixing material back to the required operating temperature for production.
