Laminated Cutting Line
The Laminated Cutting Line is a semi-automatic system designed for precise cutting of laminated glass sheets. Glass is loaded onto the tilting loading table and manually transferred to the cutting bridge using an air cushion system. After the glass dimensions are entered, the machine automatically positions and aligns the sheet for cutting. Dual cutting heads simultaneously score the upper and lower glass surfaces, while integrated heating elements soften the interlayer. Separate breaking roller systems then cleanly open the glass along the cut line, delivering accurate, consistent results for laminated glass processing.
