The Silicone Cleaning Pump is designed to clean the mixer system of silicone glass sealing extruders using high-pressure solvent. Its closed-cycle cleaning process effectively removes silicone particles from the mixer and internal lines, helping maintain consistent operation and extend the service life of the extruder. After cleaning, pressurized air removes the remaining solvent from the lines. In the event of a power interruption, the system uses compressed air to help prevent the silicone from freezing inside the mixer.
