The Spacer Frame Carrying Unit is designed to automatically transfer butyl-coated aluminum spacer frames from the butyl extruder to the spacer assembly section of the insulating glass production line. Positioned between the butyl extruder and the IGU production line, it provides an organized and efficient way to hold and transport finished spacer frames after primary sealing. The motor-driven system features pedal-controlled advancement and a photocell automatic stop, ensuring smooth and controlled frame handling throughout the transfer process.
