Vertical Seaming Machine

The Vertical Seaming Machine automatically removes sharp edges from cut glass prior to insulating glass or tempered glass production. Its vertical design utilizes specialized seaming belts to process both the front and back edges of the glass, with a 360° rotating seaming head for processing of all four sides. An automatic measuring system detects glass length, height, and thickness, with waterproof servo motors for accurate positioning and control. An integrated water cooling, cleaning, and recirculation system, along with additional spray nozzles, helps extend belt life, remove glass dust, and reduce buildup.

Seaming Belt: Automatically adjusted to match the glass thickness, extending belt life
while reducing wear, maintenance, and replacement frequency for lower operating costs.

Shaped Glass Seaming: In addition to rectangular glass, the machine can process a wide variety of shaped glass using the integrated shape library. Common production shapes are preloaded, allowing operators to quickly select the required profile.

Dust Settling Tank: Integrated settling tank separates glass dust from the water before it is recirculated through the system. This prevents abrasive particles from re-entering the machine, improving system cleanliness, reducing component wear, and extending equipment life.
