Breakout Table
The Fixed Glass Breaking Table is designed for safe and efficient manual breaking and separation of cut glass sheets. Pneumatic breaker bars in the X and Y directions are foot-pedal controlled for precise and convenient glass separation. An integrated air flotation system eliminates surface friction, allowing smooth glass movement across the felt-covered table while protecting the glass from damage. The high-flow, high-pressure fan system features a balanced, low-vibration structure and homogeneous air distribution tray for consistent and stable airflow. Two hydraulic cylinders provide fast and secure movement, while the high-pressure control and safety system ensures reliable and safe operation.
